Proactively and synchronously deploy plans

The bus station leaders assigned staff to tidy up the parking lot, hang banners, national flags, and decorate the bus station, especially the areas: waiting room, ticket office, etc. At the same time, representatives of the bus station leaders went directly to the bus companies registered to operate at the station to propagate and disseminate regulations and rules on ensuring traffic safety and order during the holidays.

Specifically, bus companies need to proactively prepare plans and means of transport to better serve the travel needs of passengers during the holidays and avoid a sudden increase in the number of passengers, causing congestion at bus stations; publicly post the service quality of each transport route and ticket prices so that passengers can understand and make appropriate choices; create favorable conditions for functional forces to carry out inspections of vehicles and drivers before departure...

Head of the General Planning Department, Bien Hoa Bus Station ( Dong Nai Province) Dieu Pham Xuan Binh said: Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Construction, Bien Hoa Bus Station has proactively developed an implementation plan for the holiday. Accordingly, the bus station leaders have assigned specific tasks and arranged forces to be on duty day and night during the peak days of the holiday to strengthen security and order in the area inside and outside the bus station. The unit strictly follows the procedures for vehicles entering and exiting the station according to regulations; does not accept vehicles without a route to the station to pick up and drop off passengers, competing for passengers, leading to unfair competition and causing disorder.
Similarly, Dong Nai Bus Station (located in Tam Hiep ward) in recent days has also been thoroughly implementing preparations to ensure order and traffic safety, serving the travel needs of people during the holidays.
The leaders of Vinh Phu Transport Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Dong Nai province) have directed the bus station (directly managed) to clean and renovate the parking lot, and coordinate with bus companies to properly implement the operation plan, travel routes, ticket prices, etc. In particular, the company has directed specialized departments to increase staff on duty 24/7 during the peak holiday days to ensure security, order, and traffic safety for vehicles and passengers.
General Director of Vinh Phu Transport Development Investment Joint Stock Company Tong Thanh Hai said: The company has proactively developed a plan and implemented many synchronous solutions to ensure security, order, and safety for passengers, vehicles, and goods entering and leaving the station during the holidays. Especially during this year's holiday, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Construction directed transport enterprises not to increase ticket prices but to maintain stable prices as usual. Accordingly, the company has thoroughly informed transport enterprises and vehicle owners to grasp and implement correctly. Up to this point, all basic preparations have been completed and are ready to serve the September 2nd holiday smoothly and safely, helping passengers get to and from their destinations.

Ensure passenger safety
This year’s holiday is a long one, so the number of people traveling by train will be higher than in previous years. Therefore, the railway industry in general and Bien Hoa Station in particular have proactively implemented plans and solutions to ensure security and order, while meeting the travel needs of passengers during the holiday.
According to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Canh, Head of Bien Hoa Railway Transport and General Service Business Center (Bien Hoa Station), the railway industry will increase 51 trains on key routes, and adjust the schedule and departure and arrival stations of some trains in the Hanoi area from August 21 to September 2, 2025 to meet the increased travel demand and coordinate with the plan to organize commemorative activities of Hanoi city.
On August 25, 2025, the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province sent a document to relevant agencies, units and enterprises on focusing on implementing measures to ensure order and traffic safety to serve the travel needs of people during the National Day holiday on September 2 and the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year. Accordingly, the Department requested that bus stations organize, assign specific tasks, arrange staff at the bus station to guide, support, and prioritize passengers entering and leaving the station to conveniently buy tickets and use other services at the station; promote the forms of selling and booking tickets online and by phone; facilitate people who need to buy tickets, and at the same time have measures to prevent speculation and illegal ticket trading, causing social disorder.

For transport business units, fares must not be increased or, if necessary, they must comply with measures to stabilize transport fares according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Construction; there must be forms of priority and incentives for people in difficult circumstances, policy families, and people with disabilities (ticket prices, seats, departure and arrival times and other services); vehicles that do not meet the conditions (technical safety, vehicles that have expired, etc.) must not be put into operation under any conditions...
Currently, Dong Nai province has 441 licensed transport units with 10,456 vehicles with badges. Of these, there are 17 bus businesses with 231 vehicles; 26 fixed-route businesses with 233 vehicles, 11 taxi businesses with 1,986 vehicles. In addition, there are 6,826 contract vehicles, 28,501 trucks, etc. The current number of vehicles will meet people's travel needs during the holidays.
