The City People's Committee has just issued a decision on the management, operation, exploitation and maintenance of road infrastructure and the authority to decide on the handling of road infrastructure assets in Hai Phong city. The decision takes effect from October 25.

Accordingly, the City People's Committee decentralizes the management of road types under the city's responsibility to the Department of Construction and the People's Committees at the commune level.
