On the morning of July 7, the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank (CSXH) Phu Yen organized the first transaction session at two transaction points in Phu Yen ward and Tuy Hoa ward. These are the first transaction sessions after this transaction office was established and put into operation on July 1, under the CSXH Bank Dak Lak Branch.

Ms. Dang Thi Au, Deputy Director of the Bank for Social Policies, Dak Lak Branch and Director of the Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office, said: The establishment of the Phu Yen Social Policy Bank Transaction Office was carried out at a special time when the whole country simultaneously deployed the two-level government model. This is a necessary step in the organization arrangement, contributing to improving the efficiency of policy credit activities at the grassroots level.

“The transaction office was established on the basis of inheriting all the activities of the former Phu Yen Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies. Although the name of the unit and administrative boundaries have changed, the policy credit source is still guaranteed to be smooth and uninterrupted. After the establishment, we urgently completed the organization, arranged appropriate personnel; at the same time, actively coordinated with the government and socio-political organizations that received the assignment to re-deploy the commune transaction points in accordance with regulations, best serving the needs of the people,” Ms. Dang Thi Au shared.
