At the event, the Women's Committee of the Army presented 195 bicycles to underprivileged students who excelled academically, children of military personnel, civil servants, and defense workers. They also visited and presented gifts to 240 women members in difficult circumstances from military agencies, units, and localities within the K9 Historical Site area on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse). This activity contributed to strengthening military-civilian solidarity and spreading the noble image of the Vietnamese People's Army in the new era.
On this occasion, the Women's Committee of the Army also sent 1,590 Tet gifts to women in difficult circumstances or suffering from serious illnesses at agencies and units throughout the army. The total value of the gifts in the program is nearly 1.5 billion VND.

Organized ahead of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, the program provided timely support and encouragement to female members and children of military personnel facing difficult circumstances, helping families celebrate the traditional Tet holiday in a warm and meaningful atmosphere.
Since 2018, the "Military Women Fulfilling Dreams" program has been held annually during the Lunar New Year season, creating a widespread impact and carrying profound humanitarian significance. Over eight years, the Military Women's Committee has donated nearly 1,100 bicycles to underprivileged students with excellent academic achievements and nearly 9,000 gifts to women in difficult circumstances, contributing to fostering a spirit of mutual support and compassion with the message "Sharing Tết - Loving Tết".
