Cai Rang Ward gives gifts to students in difficult circumstances

(CT) - On the afternoon of August 26, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cai Rang Ward coordinated with the Women's Union of the Ward to organize the program "Step by step to school", giving gifts to students who are children of women's union members in difficult circumstances before the new school year 2025-2026.

The program awarded 50 gifts, each consisting of 400,000 VND in cash, 1 pair of leather shoes, and 10kg of rice.

Previously, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward coordinated with the ward's socio -political organizations to award 100 scholarships and gifts worth 60 million VND to disadvantaged students. In total, the total value of the two gift giving rounds was about 95 million VND, from social mobilization sources.
