On the morning of October 13, on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2025), Ngo Quyen Ward ( Hai Phong ) organized a dialogue with businesses and business households in the area and launched the Ward Business Club.

Ngo Quyen Ward currently has 1,615 enterprises and more than 3,000 business households. This is a force that has been making important contributions to the development and stability of the socio -economy, creating jobs and income for workers, and ensuring social security in the area.

In the coming period, Ngo Quyen ward is oriented to become a green, civilized and modern urban area. To achieve the above goal, Ngo Quyen ward focuses on effectively implementing the resolutions of the Politburo and the Action Program of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on private economic development; promoting the role of entrepreneurs; strongly improving the investment and business environment, creating the most favorable conditions for businesses and business households to operate.

Ngo Quyen ward leaders presented the decision to establish the ward Business Club.

The ward prioritizes attracting investment and business in trade and services following the green growth model, circular economy, digital economy; building specialized commercial streets or general streets in the area of Le Thanh Tong street, Da Nang street, Ngo Quyen street... The locality will also support the development of e-commerce and support small and medium enterprises.

At the conference, the leaders of Ngo Quyen Ward People's Committee answered many questions from businesses related to the socio-economic development planning orientation of the ward in the coming period. Especially about priority areas to attract investment; methods of approaching and looking up planning information; policy of moving production facilities out of the inner ward area; supporting businesses and individual business households to access bank credit capital, especially preferential loans; guiding individual business households to pay compulsory social insurance, health insurance, etc.

On this occasion, Ngo Quyen ward launched the Business Club founded by Mr. Nguyen Duy Thanh, Director of Potraco Electricity Transport and Services Joint Stock Company is the Chairman. The Club will promote its central role as a connection center, representing the voice and legitimate interests of members and businesses; a bridge between the government and businesses; and give advice to the Party Committee and the Ward People's Committee in socio-economic development, improving the business environment and people's lives.
