Forces participating in the Launching Ceremony
Speaking at the launching ceremony of the emulation movement, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of the ward, Do Dinh Son, said that in recent times, the work of environmental sanitation, urban management and beautification has been directed by the Party Committee and the authorities of Phu Thuong ward and has initially achieved quite positive results. However, many places have not changed clearly; there are still situations of: littering; encroachment on sidewalks; illegal advertising and classified ads; urban management is still lacking in uniformity, failing to mobilize the participation of the people.
According to comrade Do Dinh Son, today's launching ceremony aims to improve the quality of the living environment, ensure public hygiene and urban beauty; restore urban discipline, thoroughly handle the situation of encroachment on sidewalks, roads, and illegal dumping; prevent and minimize the risk of traffic accidents, ensure safety for people and vehicles; contribute to the implementation of political tasks to welcome the 1st Party Congress of the Ward, celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (1945 - 2025).

In order for the emulation movement "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful" and the campaign to clean up the environment, handle violations of urban order and traffic safety in the ward to be highly effective and practical, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee requested agencies, units and all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to seriously grasp and promptly implement the assigned tasks in the Plans of the City People's Committee and Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee, contributing to the overall success of the emulation movement "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful", the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life"; 100% of residential groups in the area launch and implement the emulation movement.
At the same time, promote propaganda and education on maintaining hygiene and order: Neighborhood groups, party cells, and organizations actively mobilize people not to encroach on sidewalks, not to litter, and to dispose of garbage on time and in the right place. Organize a mass, organized, and regular campaign: Maintain periodic cleaning on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings every week. Focus on handling violations in key areas such as: 40m Nam Thang Long Street, Tan Xuan, Nhat Tao, Phu Xa, Phu Gia, Thuong Thuy, Bui Trang Chuoc, etc.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the forces participated in cleaning the sidewalks and roads; collecting household waste and scrap; clearing weeds, unclogging the drainage system; removing illegal advertisements; arranging trees, cleaning public works, etc.
Strengthen inspection and handling of violations, resolutely and strictly handle violations of environmental sanitation and urban order; promptly encourage and reward collectives and individuals who perform well and have initiatives in the process of implementing the movement.
Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, Do Dinh Son, also requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to direct organizations to proactively propagate, organize the signing of commitments, and mobilize members, union members and people to actively respond and participate in implementing civilized urban lifestyle.
Comrade Do Dinh Son emphasized that the movement launched today is not just a short-term campaign, but must become a habit, a regular lifestyle of every citizen. For a Phu Thuong that is "brighter, greener, cleaner, more beautiful". Let every road, every street corner, every roof in Phu Thuong be a beautiful image of the Capital - elegant, civilized, modern. It is not only our responsibility but also our pride to contribute to building a rich, beautiful - civilized - livable Hanoi .

The Culture - Information and Sports Center of Phu Thuong ward also simultaneously promoted propaganda using loudspeakers, billboards, slogans and posters on major streets and residential areas to improve behavioral culture in urban space towards the goal of building Phu Thuong ward brighter, greener, cleaner and more beautiful.
