Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward:

On May 23rd, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward organized a conference to provide training on knowledge and skills in using artificial intelligence in operations for officials, civil servants, and employees.

At the conference, officials and employees received training from speakers of the High-Tech Incubation and Training Center - Hanoi High-Tech Parks and Industrial Zones Management Board on the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in performing their professional duties.

The trainees were given an overview of AI and AI generation; the role of AI in supporting administrative tasks, information synthesis, and communication...

Trainees are also guided on one of the key topics: the principles of information security when using AI in a public service environment; and the process of providing internal data, personal information, or confidential documents to public AI platforms.

Students also get hands-on practice with several popular AI tools currently available, such as ChatGPT, NotebookLM, and Claude, to support their professional work.

In addition, trainees are guided in applying AI to specific tasks such as building sample answer sets for common administrative procedures; assisting in drafting documents and summarizing legal texts; rapid translation; information aggregation; building grassroots communication content; and responding to messages in a concise, consistent, and convenient manner for citizens.

The ward hopes that, after the training course, many officials will know how to proactively apply AI tools to their daily work, helping to shorten document processing time and improve the efficiency of information retrieval and synthesis. The application of AI will also contribute to supporting the development of communication content that is appropriate to the practical requirements at the local level.

The training course was organized as a practical activity, closely aligned with actual work needs, contributing to promoting the application of digital technology in administrative reform, improving the quality of service to citizens and the operational efficiency of agencies and units.
