At the model launching ceremony, Van Phu ward handed out posters with QR codes of the link “Listen to the People” to 100% of the representatives of residential groups in the area. These posters will be placed publicly at all local cultural houses.
Accordingly, the ward will publicly announce the implementation of the model at the cultural houses of residential groups in the ward and on the zalo channels of each locality. At the same time, each working group will conduct mobile propaganda; receive and classify petitions. At the same time, directly respond if the issue is within the authority and has sufficient information; summarize and periodically report the results to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the ward.
Periodically, weekly reports on the number of comments and the rate of timely processing are made. The results are publicly and transparently published on the local website and a survey of people's satisfaction is conducted.
At the model launching ceremony, officials and civil servants of Van Phu ward, Lao Cai province guided people to experience the model by scanning QR codes to send suggestions and feedback via the link "Listen to what people say".
People's representatives directly reflected on 10 groups of opinions, focusing on resolving difficulties related to people's land; environmental pollution issues, impacts of construction projects and works; overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, such as landslides, localized flooding in some areas in the area. 100% of the people's legitimate opinions and recommendations were received by the leaders of Van Phu ward, promptly resolved within the scope of their authority.
The ward aims to focus on directly listening to the thoughts, aspirations, reflections and recommendations of people and businesses; advising competent authorities to promptly resolve difficulties and problems arising from the grassroots; enhancing people's trust in local authorities and innovating leadership style from "management" to "service".
This is also an activity in which cadres, party members, union members and people in Van Phu ward are striving to compete to achieve achievements to celebrate major holidays, welcome Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
