On July 30, on his TikTok channel with 5.9 million followers, TikToker Pham Thoai posted a video announcing his return. He said he was honored to take on the role of ambassador for the Top Agricultural Products - Agricultural Products to the City program "VIETNAM OCOPEX 2025".
Pham Thoai’s move came not long after the police announced the results of their investigation into the scandal in which Ms. Le Thi Thu Hoa (Bap’s mother) was accused of misusing charity money. In this case, Pham Thoai also participated in calling for donations to help Bap’s mother.
According to research, the program "Top agricultural products - Agricultural products to the city" is an activity within the framework of the Fair of OCOP export products (VIETNAM OCOPEX 2025).
The event's main activities are livestream applications, social networks and digital content to support the consumption of high-quality agricultural products that meet OCOP and international standards... However, TikToker Pham Thoai's introduction as the program's ambassador has caused many reactions on social networks and public opinion.

On July 31, the Trade Promotion Agency ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) issued a document providing information related to the VIETNAM OCOPEX 2025 Fair. Accordingly, this agency said that currently on social networks there is a lot of information about the appointment of an ambassador for the program.
"The Trade Promotion Agency affirms that up to now, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has not appointed/used any individual as the program's ambassador and has not allowed any coordinating agency or organization to carry out the above," the document stated.
The Trade Promotion Agency said this is a trade promotion event within the framework of the national trade promotion program chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment , the Hanoi People's Committee and the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.
