This is the third consecutive year that MSB has been recognized, affirming that its human resource strategy is consistently built, seriously implemented, and continuously improved.

Brand attractiveness indicators have all increased sharply, especially the rate of industry personnel moving from “interested” to “applying” (up 65%), as well as from “desiring” to “priority choice” (up 38%), showing that MSB is becoming a trusted career choice for high-quality workforce.
What makes MSB attractive is not only its scale or growth rate, but also its strategy of creating an environment where each individual is equipped with capacity, empowered and has the opportunity to make their mark.

In addition, policies such as full-paid birthday leave, increased seniority-based leave, priority benefits for female workers, flexible working mechanisms in the context of natural disasters, or activities for employees' children... are all built to create a working environment where employees can focus on their careers without sacrificing balance in their personal lives.
Along with that, the bank is investing in building a new office according to green - modern - dynamic standards, contributing to bringing a more efficient and professional working experience to the entire system.
Training to improve capacity, leading the future

The year 2025 marks a new step forward in the training strategy as MSB pushes to standardize and upgrade its internal learning system. Since the beginning of the year, the bank has deployed 1,187 classes, including 695 e-learning classes that allow for flexible learning.
Also among these, 638 internal training classes with 1,995 hours of study attracted more than 114,000 participants. These numbers clearly reflect the spirit of “growing together” that has become a core element of MSB culture.
In the leadership training group, the Leadership Ascent program made a strong impression. With more than 40 hours of intensive training and the participation of 85 branch managers from both regions, the program focused on improving leadership thinking, operating methods and the ability to lead teams in the context of the rapidly changing financial industry.
In parallel, MSB launched the 12-month program “Leading the Way” in cooperation with McKinsey - the world's leading consulting firm. The program is personalized with 3 focuses: leading yourself - leading the team - leading the business, helping senior management teams accelerate the transformation of key changes and shape future leaders with strong strategic thinking.
In addition, in preparation for the digital age, MSB organized a “Basic AI Tutorial” course for more than 6,000 staff, equipping them with knowledge of AI and the ability to apply technology to practical work. This is an important step to build a flexible workforce, ready to adapt, proactively grasp new technology trends and lead change.
According to MSB representative, 3 consecutive years of being honored is a proud journey, but MSB does not pursue the title as the ultimate goal. The bank is steadfast in its strategy of building internal strength from people and identifies the staff as the driving force that makes MSB one of the most interested and prioritized workplaces.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cuong - MSB Human Resources Director - shared: “We do not just talk about human development. We invest in it as a core strategy. In the current context, technology and digitalization can push an organization to go fast, but to go far, it requires people with capacity and ambition.
This year's achievements confirm that we have a strong enough team to lead MSB to breakthrough and conquer bigger goals in the future."
