Vietnam Airlines continues to transport free goods to support people in flood-affected areas

Vietnam Airlines continues to transport free goods to support flood victims in Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Gia Lai and Dak Lak provinces.

Accordingly, from now until December 31, 2025, supporting goods will be exempted from all transportation fees, fuel surcharges and related fees, and will be given priority loading on Vietnam Airlines Group flights from airports across the country to Phu Cat, Tuy Hoa, Cam Ranh, Lien Khuong, Buon Ma Thuot and Pleiku airports.

The operation also continues to apply to flights to Phu Bai, Da Nang and Chu Lai as in the first phase of implementation. The program duration can be extended depending on actual demand and the amount of supporting goods.

The program applies to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, the Vietnam Red Cross at all levels, socio-political organizations, state agencies, social organizations, charity funds (licensed by state agencies) and enterprises whose support purposes are confirmed or introduced by competent authorities. Other organizations and individuals with transportation needs can contact the above units.

Since October 30, Vietnam Airlines Group has launched a program to transport relief goods free of charge to Phu Bai, Da Nang and Chu Lai airports. To date, 2,081 packages with a total weight of over 30 tons, including necessities, medicine, clothes and essential items, have been promptly transported to people in the flood-hit areas of the Central region.
