Viettel Post Drone Rescue in Flooded Area of Khanh Hoa
According to information from Viettel Post, as of the morning of November 22, this unit has carried out more than 30 Drone flights to provide relief in Dien Dien commune ( Khanh Hoa ) with a total transported weight of over 600kg.

Previously, with the flooding and isolation of many areas, in Vinh Phuong and Phu Binh communes (Khanh Hoa), Viettel Post urgently mobilized 5 drones and a team of technology engineers to be ready to rescue and transport emergency relief goods to people in deep flooded areas.
Once deployed, the drone immediately conducts an aerial survey of the terrain, identifying isolated areas, deep flooding points, and locations requiring emergency assistance.

VinaPhone network said that in recent days, the unit has mobilized all technical forces to ensure the network operates continuously 24/7 in harsh weather conditions in the Central regions directly affected by floods.
VinaPhone's team of engineers was on duty at the scene to quickly handle transmission problems, increase coverage in areas with high communication demand or deep flooding, and supplement power sources and backup equipment for broadcasting stations in case of widespread power outages.

In parallel, the network operator has organized many direct support points for people at transaction stores and mobile support points. People can charge their phones for free, repair or replace SIM cards, check their devices and restore connections in the shortest time. Mobile support points are flexibly arranged in densely populated areas or areas isolated by floodwaters, ensuring that people always have a stable source of communication.

Hotline 18001091 operates free of charge and continuously 24/7, increasing staff to receive and answer all requests from customers. During the support period, customers in areas identified by authorities as flood areas will be given 100 minutes of domestic/international calls and 15 GB of data to use within 7 days. This support program runs from November 22 to November 29, 2025.
