On April 16th, PNJ held a ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City to receive the First-Class Labor Medal.
At this event, PNJ's Chairwoman, Cao Thi Ngoc Dung, was awarded the First-Class Labor Medal for her outstanding achievements in leading PNJ to numerous successes in the jewelry industry and its contributions to society. This is the second time she has received this prestigious award, after her first time in 2010.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Phan Van Mai, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, said: “In recent times, alongside its business activities, PNJ has paid great attention to social activities, leading the way in spreading values from its corporate governance model. PNJ also contributes to creating momentum for the business community to develop together, helping to build the city's business community into strong enterprises, actively contributing to social welfare activities, building national competitiveness, and expanding internationally.”
Mr. Mai added that he greatly appreciates the achievements and contributions of Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung to the business community, society, and the country. She is a talented and strong-willed businesswoman with a profound influence on future generations.

Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) also received the First-Class Labor Medal for the second time in the collective category. On this occasion, Mr. Le Tri Thong - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of PNJ - was honored to receive a commendation from the Prime Minister for his outstanding achievements in production, business and social activities over many years, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.


These prestigious recognitions are the result of the tireless efforts of PNJ's leadership and all its employees over the past 36 years. From a small business with 20 employees in 1988, PNJ has become Vietnam's leading jewelry retail brand, with tens of trillions of VND in revenue and a network of over 400 stores nationwide. PNJ's brand value is recorded at US$428.43 million, a 17% increase compared to 2022 and a 44% increase compared to 2020 (as published by Brand Finance).
PNJ's achievements are not only a source of pride for the company but also contribute to the restoration and development of Vietnam's jewelry industry.

Besides its success in production and business, under the leadership of Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung, PNJ has become a pioneering enterprise contributing positive values to society through many meaningful activities such as: the "Zero-Cost Mini Supermarket" program, the "Raising Awareness about Autism in Vietnamese Children" project, donating nearly 500 "Houses of Hope", the "Happy Young Family" program, and the "Accompanying Through Childbirth" activity…
In addition to leading PNJ, as the President of the Ho Chi Minh City Women Entrepreneurs Association and the Vice President of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Association, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung has also implemented numerous forums and programs to promote gender equality, enhance the status, and cultivate the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of female entrepreneurs; she participates in advocating for government agencies and businesses to create a favorable environment for female leaders to develop; and she supports women entrepreneurs…
