In recent years, the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" has been widely deployed by Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, organizations and people throughout Pho Yen City. Every year, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee issues documents directing the promotion of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement, focusing on building models.
From there, the registration of building models is implemented synchronously and systematically right from the grassroots. The registration content is selected based on the actual situation of the locality and unit, with rich and diverse content, focusing on areas such as: Building new rural areas, civilized urban areas; socio -economic development; maintaining security and order; building the government apparatus...
In particular, the construction of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models also focuses on "hot" and prominent issues in localities and units.
The "Smart Mass Mobilization" model of Tam Quang Party Cell, Bai Bong Ward, on garbage collection is a typical example. Previously, many temporary residents were not aware of garbage collection and environmental protection, and littered, causing environmental pollution, especially along Deo stream. Garbage was thrown into the stream, affecting the water source and the surrounding environment.
In 2023, Tam Quang residential group built a model for waste collection and environmental protection. Accordingly, the Party Committee issued a coordination plan and directed the Women's Union and the Neighborhood Protection Group to regularly collect waste and clean up the Deo stream. Thanks to that, the water source has been improved, serving the cultivation in the area. The residential group also bought 6 trash bins to place in convenient areas for people to collect trash in the right place.
Ms. Tran Thi Minh Tam, Head of the Front Work Committee of Tam Quang residential group, said: "Skillful mass mobilization" requires each cadre to have certain knowledge to do mass mobilization work. First of all, the members of the Party Committee must do it first, then the comrades who are leaders of political and social organizations, mobilizing prestigious people to do it, from there, people will see the effectiveness and follow.
In addition to the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model in Tam Quang residential group, currently in Pho Yen city there are 197 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models that are effectively promoting in all areas of social life.
In building new rural areas, the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement has created a clear change in people's lives and the appearance of rural areas.
In the economic field, there are models of restructuring crops and livestock, boldly investing in production. In the security and defense field, there are models of good implementation of legal propaganda, grasping the people's situation, and handling complicated security and order cases at the grassroots level...
Each field and model has different names such as: Security camera; family without social evils; solidarity to build a family of 5 no, 3 clean; safe boarding area in terms of security and order; developing safe vegetable areas...
Regardless of their name, the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models have clearly demonstrated their effectiveness in mobilizing cadres, party members and people to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and local emulation movements.
