The Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 features a Kryo CPU with four high-performance cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and four energy-efficient cores clocked at 1.95 GHz. This will be featured in the Redmi Note 13 Pro, launching on September 21st.
This is a 4nm processor, accompanied by an unspecified Adreno GPU but capable of handling FHD+ images at a 144Hz refresh rate. The chipset supports up to 12GB of ultra-fast LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage. With the Snapdragon X62 5G modem, the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 offers a maximum speed of 2.9Gbps and supports 5G millimeter wave technology.
The device features the FastConnect 6700 system, providing Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. Navigation technology within the processor includes support for multiple positioning systems, including QZSS, Galileo, BeiDou, NavIC, GLONASS, and GPS, with dual-band L1/L5 positioning.
The chipset features a 12-bit Qualcomm Spectra ISP, enabling simultaneous shooting with three cameras and supporting impressive features such as 200MP still photography and 4K video recording at 30 frames per second. This SoC also supports AI-powered noise reduction and includes Snapdragon Smooth Listen technology for clear audio during calls.
