In accordance with the directives from the Government and the Ministry of National Defense , the 4th Military Region Command has instructed its units to maintain strict combat readiness, deploy plans, and prepare sufficient means and materials for timely deployment to carry out storm prevention and control tasks in accordance with regulations.

The Military Commands of Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces, in coordination with the Border Guard and local authorities, organized the counting of boats and ships, announced the location and direction of the storm, and guided thousands of vessels to safe anchorage areas in storm shelters.

After conducting on-site inspections at Cua Lo fishing port (Nghe An) and Cua Sot anchorage area (Ha Tinh) , Major General Hoang Duy Chien requested that units implement storm response measures according to the motto "urgent, serious, and avoid being caught off guard."

Units are required to review their forces and resources in each direction and area, especially in key areas likely to be directly hit by the storm. Border guards need to strengthen their readiness, proactively disseminate information, and guide ships and boats to safe shelters.

In addition, units must proactively ensure adequate reserves of food, logistical support, and uninterrupted communication; and be ready to deploy forces to assist the people in overcoming the consequences of the storm.
