The conference was held in person and online in all agencies and units of Military Region 5, with the participation of experts from Command 86, the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group and officers of specialized agencies of Military Region 5.

The training course aims to raise awareness among officers, employees, and soldiers about the role and importance of implementing the "Digital Literacy for All" movement. The training also equips and trains IT forces and "Digital Ambassadors" in agencies and units to exploit and use digital platforms deployed by the Ministry of National Defense to serve the movement; thereby forming a force with good digital knowledge and skills, acting as a core to guide and spread to all soldiers.

At the training program, delegates studied 6 topics, focusing on: Basic digital knowledge and skills framework and guidance on assessment and confirmation of completion of digital skills dissemination in the Military Region; digital transformation in the Ministry of National Defense and the "Digital Popularization" movement; guidance on ensuring information security and network security; artificial intelligence and some applications in performing military and defense tasks; installation and use of digital platforms for learning, checking and implementing the movement... From the training results, Military Region 5 continues to promote and put the "Digital Popularization" movement into order, contributing significantly to training work, improving the overall strength and combat readiness of all agencies and units under Military Region 5.
