Attending the conference at the Binh Phuoc provincial bridge point were alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Thi Hang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tue Hien, along with members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and leaders of departments, branches, sectors and units.
At the conference, delegates listened to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh deliver topic 1 on "Draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; New points in the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementing the Party Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; New points in the draft Political Report; New points in the draft report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030; Directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026-2030".

The importance of the contents that need to be thoroughly understood as well as the scale of impact and influence of these contents. These are also the contents that a large number of cadres, party members and people are paying close attention to and wish to be implemented soon. On the basis of absolute consensus, the Central Executive Committee issued Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 with many particularly important contents, focusing on 2 groups of issues: continuing to streamline the apparatus, arranging administrative units, organizing local governments at 2 levels and preparing for the 14th National Party Congress are all key and urgent to be implemented immediately after this conference and by the end of 2025.
General Secretary To Lam emphasized: The policies are clear, the plans, plans, and implementation roadmap are specific. This is a new point in organizing the implementation of the Party's resolutions in the direction of clear sources, clear work, clear methods, clear responsibilities, and clear completion time. Therefore, after the conference, we will immediately start implementing them at agencies, units, and localities.
At the end of the conference, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia received the direction of General Secretary To Lam and deployed the propaganda work of the results of the 11th Central Conference, 13th tenure.
