Regarding the question of refunding customers who wish to return products after the incident, Mr. Tuan Linh stated that, to date, some KOLs (celebrities) have refunded customers, and the company is still assisting KOLs in processing refunds. However, regarding whether large-scale refunds will be implemented, the company is awaiting the conclusion of the relevant authorities.

Regarding customer returns, Hang Du Muc confirms that if customers are not satisfied, they can return both used and unused products. Even if customers have used up the product, they can still return the order using the paid order code.

Therefore, these individuals will be held legally responsible, and simply apologizing for their mistakes is not enough. The act of false advertising will be subject to administrative penalties, with each individual potentially fined up to 80 million VND.

In addition, authorities will clarify the origin of the product, whether it meets food safety and hygiene standards, whether its quality and value match the advertised claims, and whether the business operations comply with legal regulations.

In cases where the verification process reveals that the goods not only fail to meet quality standards but also involve other violations, all such violations will be prosecuted; this could include counterfeiting, illegal cross-border transportation, smuggling, or other forms of commercial fraud.
