
The Provincial People's Committee requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, mass organizations, localities, departments and branches to coordinate to better care for the material and spiritual lives of people with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of martyrs in the whole province.
Strengthening the propaganda of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, promoting the care of war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, and revolutionary veterans, in order to promote the tradition of patriotism and the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", deeply recognizing and appreciating the great contributions of heroes - martyrs and revolutionary veterans to the country, for the cause of national liberation and reunification among all classes of people, especially among the young generation.
Localities and units organized incense offering and candle lighting ceremonies to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at historical sites, memorial works and martyr cemeteries in a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
The whole province promotes the movement of "Repaying gratitude", "All people take care of people with meritorious services to the country" to develop widely, deeply, effectively, and gain the sympathy and support of society, becoming a beautiful tradition of the nation. At the same time, discover and expand typical and advanced collectives and individuals in the work of war invalids, martyrs and people with meritorious services; thereby, honoring typical examples of war invalids, sick soldiers and people with meritorious services.
Fully and promptly implement all policies for NCC with the revolution and relatives of martyrs. Prioritize and promptly allocate funds in the assigned state budget estimates to ensure timely implementation of preferential policies, and have practical solutions to mobilize social resources to care for NCC with the revolution.
