
The Provincial People's Committee requests the Fatherland Front Committee, mass organizations, localities, and departments to coordinate in better caring for the material and spiritual lives of people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution and the relatives of martyrs throughout the province.
Strengthening the dissemination of the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and promoting the care of wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, and those who contributed to the revolution, aims to uphold the patriotic tradition and the moral principle of "drinking water, remembering the source," fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the immense contributions of heroes, martyrs, and those who contributed to the nation, to the cause of national liberation and reunification, among all strata of the population, especially the younger generation.
Localities and units organized ceremonies to offer incense and light candles in tribute to heroic martyrs at historical sites, memorials, and martyrs' cemeteries as part of the activities commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country.
The entire province is promoting the "Gratitude and Repayment" and "All People Caring for Those Who Have Rendered Meritorious Service to the Nation" movements, developing them widely, deeply, and effectively, gaining social support and becoming a beautiful tradition of the nation. At the same time, exemplary collectives and individuals in the work of caring for wounded soldiers, martyrs, and those who have rendered meritorious service are identified and promoted; thereby, honoring outstanding examples of wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and those who have rendered meritorious service.
Fully and promptly implement all entitlements for those who contributed to the revolution and the relatives of martyrs. Prioritize and promptly allocate funds in the state budget to ensure the timely implementation of preferential policies, and develop practical solutions to mobilize social resources for the care of those who contributed to the revolution.
