Quang Nam: More than 100 businesses participate in the tourism stimulus program in 2024

DNVN - The 2024 tourism stimulus program with the theme " Quang Nam - Green Heritage Land" will include 2 phases: Phase 1 " Quang Nam - Summer Emotions" from May to August and Phase 2 "Golden Season of Quang Nam" from September to the end of November.

At the press conference on the afternoon of April 16, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam Truong Thanh Hong said that the 2024 tourism stimulus program with the theme "Quang Nam - Green Heritage Area" attracted more than 100 tourism businesses in the area to participate; the total incentive value is equivalent to 9.5 billion VND (not including the price of products and services reduced by 15-30%: food, entertainment, railways...).

The program will take place from May to November, including 2 phases. In phase 1 "Quang Nam - Summer Emotions" from May to August, there will be many special product packages with preferential price policies and quality services, such as: 3 days 2 nights package to stay and welcome tourists to experience a wonderful vacation at a luxury hotel and freely visit famous destinations in the area such as Hoi An, My Son, Cu Lao Cham....

Along with that are high-end beach resort packages, golf; green tourism experiences with nature, mountains, forests, islands, rivers, lakes, camping; Free and Easy packages; special entertainment packages... Many unique destinations will be included in the program for visitors to explore the winding roads through the peaceful villages of the Co Tu and Ca Dong ethnic groups or conquer majestic mountain peaks such as Dinh Que - Tay Giang...

In addition, the 1-14 day travel and summer camp program for children aged 7-18 will provide unique cultural experiences, promoting personal development, education and social responsibility...

Phase 2 of “Quang Golden Season” aims to attract tourists from September to November, building a loyal customer network with a commitment to service quality exceeding expectations, creating great experiences for tourists and being promoted by an online communication campaign about the destination.

The program creates for visitors the most special and intimate golden season experiences... with products such as mossy old town, countryside flavors, Hoi An in flood season, participating in volunteer activities to plant forests, support people in remote areas... and many other cultural stories.

This program is widely spread, implemented by the Quang Nam tourism business community to sell directly to tourists. The products are combo packages with incentives from room rates, food services, attractions, transportation units... such as discounts (20% -50%) or golden hours with deep discounts (up to 80% discount) or buy 1 get 1 free or provide additional services such as airport pick-up, shuttle bus to the old town.

At the press conference on the afternoon of April 16, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province also signed an agreement with Vietnam Railway Corporation on cooperation in developing tourism - railway; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam signed a cooperation agreement with Thien Minh Group, Nam Hoi An Development Company Limited, and Heineken Vietnam Brewery Company Limited to develop local tourism.

According to Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu, the tourism stimulus program "Quang Nam - Green Heritage Area" aims to attract domestic and international tourists to Quang Nam, promote tourism business activities, contribute to achieving the planned targets set in 2024 and aim to develop green, effective and sustainable tourism.

“The program promises to bring many interesting and new experiences to tourists; thereby contributing to promoting business brands and effectively exploiting tourist markets to Quang Nam,” Mr. Ho Quang Buu emphasized.
