The head of this special working group is Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung. Two Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh and Tran Nam Hung are deputy heads and 15 members from relevant departments and branches. The Department of Planning and Investment is the standing agency of the working group.
According to this decision, the Working Group is responsible for resolving complicated and long-standing difficulties in production and business activities and implementing investment projects in the province.
The standing agency is responsible for synthesizing the contents of documents related to difficulties and problems of enterprises and investors. Advise the Working Group to promptly resolve them. In cases beyond the authority of the Working Group, report to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to ask for opinions from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee or advise the Government and relevant ministries and branches.
The Chairman of the Provincial Business Association collects feedback and recommendations from businesses and investors and transfers them to the Department of Planning and Investment for synthesis and consultation with the Working Group for direction and resolution.
The Working Group only uses funds from the annual budget of its agency or unit. No separate funds are allocated for the activities of the Working Group.
The Working Group will operate from September 19, 2024 to December 31, 2025. After this period, the Working Group will discuss and decide on continued operation based on the Government's direction and the actual situation in the locality.
