At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of A Luoi 2 Commune reported to the Working Group on the drafting of the political report, plans, projects, propaganda work, related contents and conditions for organizing the congress to conduct the Commune Party Congress and especially the completion of the congresses of the branches and affiliated Party Committees on schedule.

The working group of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive, serious and responsible spirit of the Commune Party Committee in implementing the directives of the Central Committee and the City Party Committee on the organization of congresses of branches and affiliated Party Committees and the preparation for the Commune Party Congress. At the same time, the members of the working group also discussed and gave comments on many specific contents on the structure of documents and the process of organizing the congress in accordance with the Party Charter and instructions from higher levels.

Standing member of the Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Quang Tuan, proposed that the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of communes identify the commune level as the level directly responsible for implementation, the content of the document assessing the results of the past term, building the direction and goals of the next term needs to be specified. Propose that the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of communes fully absorb the comments, continue to perfect the content, review the targets, key tasks, breakthroughs, and proposed solutions in accordance with the local situation. Urgently prepare the necessary content, do a good job of propaganda, create a vibrant atmosphere, truly a broad political activity in the entire Party Committee and local people; ensure the organization of the congress according to principles and on schedule; focus on the work of Party building and rectification, promote collective strength so that the Party Committee of communes becomes increasingly stronger.

The working session demonstrated the close attention of the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee, and was also an important preparation step for the Congress of Party Delegates of the communes for the 2025-2030 term, not only successful in terms of organization but also achieved success in terms of content, leaving an impression on the transformation of the Party organization in the communes, opening a new term of comprehensive and sustainable development, meeting the expectations of the people and the requirements of the Hue City Party Committee.
