Quang Ngai implements the amended Law on Prices.

QNgTV - The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province has just issued Official Document No. 4803 on the dissemination and implementation of the amended Law on Prices and the detailed regulations and guidelines for its implementation.

Accordingly, the province requires departments, agencies, and localities to comprehensively study the new regulations to properly implement their assigned functions and tasks; and at the same time, to strengthen communication to organizations and individuals doing business in goods and services in the area. Agencies and units should review the system of legal documents on pricing under their management to advise on amendments, additions, or new regulations to ensure compliance with current regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee has instructed the Department of Finance to urgently advise on the issuance of a Decision on the assignment and decentralization of state management responsibilities regarding prices and price appraisal; and to develop regulations on the operation and exploitation of the price database in the province. In addition, the Department should proactively coordinate with relevant agencies and units to promptly compile difficulties and obstacles encountered during implementation and report them to the competent authorities for consideration and guidance.
