Accordingly, regarding the specific land prices to calculate compensation when the State reclaims land, Mr. Giang requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to focus on directing relevant departments and units to speed up the work of determining, appraising and approving specific land prices, ensuring timely progress of compensation and site clearance for constructions and projects in the province.

Regarding specific land prices for calculating land use fees and land rents, Mr. Giang requested that departments, branches and localities, according to their assigned functions, tasks and authorities, be responsible for reviewing and promptly organizing the determination of specific land prices for cases where decisions on land allocation, land lease and permission to change land use purposes have been made before the effective date of the 2024 Land Law.

In cases of land allocation, land lease, and permission to change land use purposes according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, it is necessary to ensure the issuance of land price decisions within 180 days from the time of land valuation according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 155 of the 2024 Land Law.
