Recently, at Van Don International Airport, the Quang Ninh tourism industry welcomed and congratulated a group of American millionaires who came to visit and experience the tour. The group of 4 people with American nationality, belonging to the Weil and Concordia families, including a famous millionaire in the financial sector, traveled by seaplane from Hanoi to Van Don International Airport.
The two American millionaire families expressed their gratitude for the warm welcome of the province and expressed their deep impression of the unique and majestic beauty of Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay when viewed from the seaplane.

Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province Nguyen Lam Nguyen said: “To connect and develop the high-quality international tourist market for the last months of 2025 and the following years, the tourism industry is making efforts to organize tourism promotion programs in China, Taiwan (China), Korea, India, Malaysia, Australia, etc. At the same time, working with travel companies and cruise lines in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Beihai to turn Quang Ninh into a four-season cruise destination, strongly attracting this type of tourist.”
In the coming time, the Quang Ninh tourism industry will continue to call on reputable investors to develop new tourism products, targeting resorts for the luxury segment. At the same time, increase the supply of high-end hotels and seek partnerships with international branded hotels; improve the quality and consistency of accommodation facilities in perfecting the star rating system for hotels. Along with that, aim to develop high-quality eco-tourism areas on islands in Van Don special economic zone, entertainment complexes, shopping centers and golf courses...
