The Thanh team highly appreciates Que Ngoc Hai's experience and leadership qualities, and believes he will be a quality addition to the defense in the 2025/26 season. As for the player from Nghe An , he also expressed his appreciation and excitement for the new journey.

Just two days earlier, Que Ngoc Hai said goodbye to Binh Duong despite having one year left on his contract. This decision was surprising because he had been training with the team as usual in recent sessions.
Joining Thanh Hoa opens up new opportunities for Que Ngoc Hai, while also helping the Thanh team have more support in defense for the upcoming season.
