National Assembly adjusts the agenda of the 9th session

Accordingly, the National Assembly has adjusted the time to listen to presentations, review reports, discuss and vote before May 18 for two draft resolutions. Specifically, the National Assembly Resolution on a number of special mechanisms and policies, creating breakthroughs in law making and enforcement; the National Assembly Resolution on a number of special mechanisms and policies for private economic development.

The National Assembly also added 3 contents for the Government to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and decision. These include supplementing the state budget for regular expenditure (foreign non-refundable aid) in 2025; transitioning to apply a number of specific mechanisms and policies that have been permitted by the National Assembly to be implemented in a number of localities after restructuring the apparatus and expanding administrative boundaries according to the policies of the Party and State.

These two contents will be discussed by the National Assembly together with the contents on socio-economics and state budget and these contents will be decided in the Resolution of the 9th session. The third content is to adjust the investment policy of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Construction Investment Project, Phase 1.

The National Assembly is also expected to close its 9th session on the afternoon of June 27.
