"The fog forms in the middle of the night when the sky is clear and the humidity is high. The water vapor condenses and floats in the air and dissipates when there is sunshine and wind. This phenomenon only affects visibility and causes little harm to people's health. The dense fog will last for the next 2-3 days," Mr. Hung added.

The early morning mist significantly reduced people's visibility.
