Attending were: Former Politburo member, former President Nguyen Minh Triet; Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc.
According to CT Group, the ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) chip is an electronic chip that converts analog signals into digital signals, called CTDA200M, with a resolution of 12 bits, for a sampling rate of up to 200 MSPS.
This is considered the first 12-bit chip design with a sample rate of 200 MSPS in Vietnam, designed by the Diginal team (a member of CT Group). This chip was photolithographed abroad.
The product will then be packaged and completed at CT Semiconductor's ATP semiconductor chip factory (a member of CT Group) in November 2025 and commercialized in December 2025.
Mr. Tran Kim Chung, Chairman of CT Group, said that the creation of the chip design is the group's answer to developing core technology in Vietnam.
Although the ADC chip is a difficult chip, it usually takes 2 years to design, but it was done by the company team in a record short time (6 months) in the spirit of Resolution 57.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc said that the launch of CT Group's ADC chip demonstrated the dynamism, creativity and pioneering innovation of enterprises in digital transformation.
The launch of the ADC chip design, a high-tech product designed by Vietnamese engineers, marks an important step forward in the journey to master core technology, affirming the creativity and spirit of the Vietnamese people in the digital age.
"Ho Chi Minh City leaders will always accompany, support and create the most favorable conditions for CT Group and the technology business community to continue to develop, innovate and reach international standards," Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc pledged.
