On August 24, the community project 'Come home to eat - nourish health from the root' was officially launched in Hanoi , aiming to spread the mindset of starting with eating right to live healthily, gradually nurturing physical and mental health through each home-cooked meal.
Chef Hai Anh - nutritionist, traditional medicine practitioner, with over 20 years of experience in the culinary field and educating the community about natural nutrition, the project founder said that in the modern lifestyle, many people have forgotten the value of a home-cooked meal full of love and connection. The project "Come home to eat rice" was initiated with the desire to rekindle the love for the kitchen and heal from simple things.
During the project launch, Ms. Hai Anh shared her journey when she had to face illness, forcing her to return to the small kitchen to balance her energy to take care of her health. From simple meals with balanced nutrition, she seemed to "revive" not only her health, but also her connection with her mother, her family and herself.
“I realized that healthy meals are not only for living healthily, but also for living responsibly. And a home-cooked meal, though simple but complete, can create a more resilient generation,” Chef Hai Anh confided.
Master Chef Tuan Hai shared that in modern life, each person needs a diet that is suitable for their health. Therefore, only home-cooked meals can help each person balance the nutrients from rice dishes, savory dishes, and soups to make them suitable. Only from family meals can everyone have dishes that balance the ingredients and put the ingredients in a way that is suitable for the health of each family member.

In the context of an increasingly busy modern society, many families eat separately, eat in a hurry, lose connection with themselves and their loved ones, leading to increased risks of disease, metabolic disorders, and emotional imbalance. Therefore, the project with messages such as a gentle but profound reminder "Health care - does not start with medicine, but starts with daily meals."
At the Seminar, experts directly answered practical questions in every family meal from children, the elderly to busy people. Not only inspiring healthy living, the event also contributed to re-establishing trust in the Vietnamese meal as a symbol of culture, health and generational connection.
Through experiential activities such as dialogue and enjoyment, the program brings practical knowledge and a comprehensive perspective on health protection from every family's kitchen./.
