Launching the "Supporting Children in Difficult Circumstances" model.

On February 6th, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Public Security Department held a ceremony to launch the "Accompanying Children in Difficult Circumstances" model; awarded funding for the first quarter of 2026 and presented Tet (Lunar New Year) gifts for the year of the Horse 2026 to children in difficult circumstances in Long An ward.

The Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Public Security Department organized a ceremony to launch the model "Accompanying Children in Difficult Circumstances".

Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Minh Hoang - Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the Provincial Police; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Doan - Member of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the Provincial Police; representatives of the Long An Ward Women's Union, and the Long An Ward Police.

Leaders of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the Provincial Public Security Department presented financial support for the first quarter of 2026 and Tet (Lunar New Year) gifts for the Year of the Horse 2026 to Dang Bao Nam and his family.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Minh Hoang stated that the model aims to contribute to caring for and supporting disadvantaged children in the province, creating conditions for them to study, live, and develop comprehensively.

The model is implemented on a voluntary basis, ensuring compliance with the law on children's rights, and involves close coordination between the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the Provincial Public Security Department and the Party committees, authorities, departments, and mass organizations of the localities where the children live. Funding for the model is provided voluntarily by cadres and Party members within the unit; support is provided quarterly, with 2,000,000 VND per quarter.

At the ceremony, the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Public Security Department presented financial support for the first quarter of 2026 and gifts for the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026 to Dang Bao Nam and his family.

Through the implementation of this model, the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the Provincial Public Security Department continues to concretize the emulation movement "Three Best: Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People" within the People's Public Security force; promoting the role and responsibility of cadres and Party members in mass mobilization and social welfare work, contributing to strengthening the close relationship between the Party, the Public Security force, and the people.
