Delegates perform the ceremony to launch the A80 OpenMap application.
On August 21st, in Hanoi , as part of the volunteer training program for the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, the Hanoi Youth Union and related units launched the application "A80 OpenMap.vn - A Million Steps, One Aspiration".
Key features of the application include: Accurate location and route tracking, making it easy for people to find and identify routes and destinations during key events; rapid updates on essential goods and service distribution points, ensuring safety and convenience for participants; 360-degree livestreaming using artificial intelligence (AI) technology with 12K image quality and realistic sound, allowing users to remotely monitor the entire event, creating a vivid and widely shared experience.
Notably, the application is synchronized with the 360-degree AI camera system installed at many key locations, creating a "digital space" where millions of people can come together and share the pride in the A80 event.
According to Tran Quang Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union, launched on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, A80 OpenMap not only contributes to modernizing management and search work, but also carries profound spiritual significance: Every step marked on the map is a tribute to the past, a belief in the present, and an aspiration for a strong and prosperous future for Vietnam.
