In addition, primary and secondary schools must ensure the ratio of 1 classroom/class, facilities, and number of students/class according to current regulations; have sufficient minimum teaching equipment according to regulations; ensure the structure of teachers for subjects, educational activities, and staff according to current regulations (including teachers teaching extra hours and guest teachers).
The Department of Education and Training requires localities to send reports to the department before August 15 for synthesis. The department will coordinate with the Department of Finance to advise the Provincial People's Committee on budget allocation for organizing 2-session teaching/day from the 2025-2026 school year. In case the number of existing teachers is not enough to implement the number of 2-session teaching periods/day according to the regulations of the grade level, based on the regulations on current policies and regimes, the school will proactively develop a budget estimate for organizing 2-session teaching/day based on specific explanations of the contents and expenditure levels, and submit it to the competent authority for funding implementation.
