VHO - On the evening of May 12th, within the framework of the Red Phoenix Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2026, the Lao Cai Provincial Art Troupe presented a street art program rich in cultural identity, adding vibrant colors of the Northwest region to the festival space of the port city.

Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City , Le Trung Kien, and local people and tourists joined in the rhythmic dances of the Northwest region in the heart of the port city.

Taking place in the Central Flower Garden Strip, the City Theater Square, and several open spaces in the central area of ​​Hai Phong, the street art program " Cultural Exchange of Ethnic Groups" attracted a large number of locals and tourists.

Amidst the vibrant atmosphere of the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival, the appearance of nearly 120 artists and performers from the Lao Cai Provincial Art Troupe became a special highlight, bringing the beauty of the Northwest highland culture closer to the public.

The atmosphere of Hai Phong's streets on the evening of May 12th became even more vibrant with the costumes, music , and dances characteristic of the ethnic groups of Lao Cai. Performances such as the Dao ethnic dance, the Thai people's xòe dance, the Hmong people's khene flute dance and Sênh tiền stick dance, and the ancient dances and drum dances of the Bo Y people vividly recreated the cultural life of the highlands.
