The photo book "100 Years of Vietnamese Revolutionary Journalism (1925 - 2025)" was honored with a congratulatory message from General Secretary To Lam in the opening section: “On this special and meaningful occasion, I acknowledge and highly appreciate the coordination of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the Vietnam News Agency in directing the Vietnam News Agency Publishing House to organize the compilation and release of the publication “100 Years of Vietnamese Revolutionary Journalism (1925 - 2025)”. This photo book has high documentary value, truthfully reflecting the glorious journey of revolutionary journalism. At the same time, it expresses boundless gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh – the outstanding revolutionary journalist, and the generations of journalist-soldiers who have steadfastly and devotedly contributed to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.”
Politburo member, Central Committee Secretary, and Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Nguyen Trong Nghia, wrote these heartfelt words for the book: “One hundred years is not a long time in the thousand-year history of our nation, but what the revolutionary press of Vietnam has achieved over the past century is truly something to be proud of. Journalist-soldiers have written golden pages of history, making significant contributions to the building and protection of the Fatherland. As President Ho Chi Minh advised, ‘Journalists are also revolutionary soldiers. The pen and paper are their sharp weapons.’”
