Samsung Vina Electronics has just launched a completely new line of system air conditioners (SAC) in the Vietnamese market, marking an important step in the strategy to boost the brand's presence in the potential and rapidly growing air conditioning market.

Samsung focuses on the B2C retail segment with the 1-way Cassette air conditioner model, which is a product with a compact design, easy to install, suitable for both home and commercial spaces. This shows that Samsung is meeting the growing demand of consumers for ceiling-mounted air conditioners, which save more space than traditional wall-mounted air conditioners.

Samsung's latest line of system air conditioners (SACs) includes models: 1-way (1Way), 4-way (4Way), 360-degree cassette (360 Cassette), ceiling-mounted duct and ceiling-mounted to meet the diverse needs of modern consumers. The 1-way (1Way) model directs air flow in a fixed direction, the 4-way (4Way) model disperses air in four directions and the 360 ​​Cassette model creates multi-directional air flow in a circular pattern, covering the entire space.

All indoor units in the new product line have built-in Wi-Fi, allowing direct connection to the SmartThings application without the need for supporting devices. Through SmartThings, users can remotely control the air conditioner with a variety of features such as turning on/off the device, activating WindFree mode or AI Energy mode, helping to optimize performance and save energy based on usage habits, easily accessible thanks to the Wifi connection.

In addition, users can also control the air conditioner with the Bixby voice assistant via mobile phone, allowing the use of many features via voice, from adjusting fan speed, changing operating modes, checking room temperature and humidity to performing precise operations such as activating WindFree mode according to the set time.

Not only has the user experience been improved, the new product line has also been significantly upgraded in terms of technology. All models in the new SAC air conditioner line have switched to using R32 refrigerant, instead of R410A refrigerant used in Samsung's conventional SAC models, helping to improve cooling performance and be more environmentally friendly.
