At the program "Full Moon Festival - Sea Border" in 2025 in Binh Chau commune and Thanh An Primary School, Thanh An commune (HCMC), children were immersed in the bustling and joyful atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival with special performances and lion dances; participated in folk games, and interacted with Uncle Cuoi and Sister Hang.

On this occasion, the City Border Guard Command and benefactors presented 470 gifts, including moon cakes, lanterns, milk, soft drinks and cash (total value of 260 million VND) to disadvantaged children in the coastal border area and students in the program "Helping children go to school - Adopted children of the Border Guard Station" sponsored by the unit.

On October 4, in Ho Chi Minh City, the youth of the Coast Guard Region 3 Command coordinated with the agency's Youth Union, the Police Youth Union, and the Youth Union of Phuoc Thang Ward Military Command to organize a program to visit, encourage, and give gifts to children being treated at Vung Tau Hospital.
