Ready for the National Achievement Exhibition to celebrate National Day

On July 25, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, Head of the Steering Committee for the Exhibition of National Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), chaired a direct and online meeting with provinces and cities across the country to deploy the organization of the Exhibition.

The exhibition of national achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day is scheduled to take place from August 28 to September 5, at the National Exhibition and Fair Center, Hanoi , with the theme "80 years - Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness". The event includes 3 main areas: General exhibition, outdoor exhibition and international space associated with 12 cultural industries.

The exhibition focuses on introducing the country's great achievements; honoring national cultural values; reflecting the digital transformation process, sustainable development and international diplomatic relations.

Thai Nguyen province has identified this as an important political and cultural activity and is actively preparing the content to participate. The Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to advise on the plan to organize the activities, focusing on introducing outstanding achievements over 80 years of construction and development, especially in the fields of high-tech industry - agriculture, culture - society, tourism and digital transformation.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh emphasized: The exhibition not only honors the past and affirms the present, but also opens up aspirations for a bright future. Ministries, sectors and localities need to resolutely implement it, ensuring quality, safety, economy and practicality.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested each locality to select typical products and images with clear legal status, prioritizing OCOP and VietGAP products that contribute to the community; at the same time, promote communication to create a widespread influence, contributing to making the Exhibition a special political and cultural event.
