At 8:00 a.m. on August 19, Cao Bang province held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Investment Project under the public-private partnership (PPP) form - phase 2 to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). Cao Bang Newspaper will broadcast the ceremony live on Cao Bang Television and social media platforms.

The construction unit mobilized human resources, machinery and equipment to ensure the progress of the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh ( Cao Bang ) Expressway Project, Phase 1.

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the Government organized an online inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony for 250 projects and works, with a total investment of VND 1,280,000 billion at 80 points nationwide (directly combined with online access to all projects and works). In which, the central point is located at the National Exhibition and Fair Center ( Hanoi ).

Accordingly, Cao Bang province has 1 project started, which is the Dong Dang ( Lang Son ) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway phase 2 under the PPP form. The groundbreaking ceremony took place in Quang Uyen commune, one of 34 direct connection points with the participation and direction of leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly, Government, Vietnam Fatherland Front and ministries and branches.

Cao Bang Newspaper cooperated with related units to carry out a television bridge program connecting points across the country, witnessing key projects coming into operation, bringing great benefits to the people and the country. At the same time, it was broadcast live on Cao Bang Television channel and Cao Bang Newspaper Fanpage and Youtube.
