DNVN - The 4th Ho Chi Minh City International Food Industry Exhibition 2025 with the theme "Sustainable Green Natural Products" will take place from April 16-19 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center with an exhibition area of up to 8,000m2. More than 500 booths of 400 domestic and foreign enterprises have registered to attend.
With the goal of developing the food industry, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has directed the City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) to coordinate in organizing the 4th Ho Chi Minh City International Food Industry Exhibition in 2025 (HCMC FOODEX 2025) with the theme "Sustainable green natural products".
The event takes place from April 16-19 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center - SECC, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. HCMC FOODEX 2025 has an exhibition area of up to 8,000m2, with more than 500 booths of 400 domestic and foreign enterprises registered to attend. The products on display include agricultural products, specialized processing, spices, food additives, beverages, machinery and related fields.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the organizing committee cooperates with associations, professional organizations, domestic and international enterprises to organize a series of events. Typically, the international cooking competition Master Chef of FOODEX 2025 with the participation of famous chefs and professional judges from Vietnam, Taiwan, Indonesia, India, Singapore, Malaysia.
The competition aims to honor the creativity and skills of chefs, contributing to promoting Vietnamese and world culinary culture. This is also an opportunity to connect food lovers, experts and businesses, creating opportunities for exchange, cooperation and development in the field of cuisine and food.
Along with that is a specialized seminar on food with the participation of representatives of management agencies, specialized associations, representatives of domestic and international enterprises; a trade connection program, creating a bridge between Vietnamese enterprises and leading distributors such as AEON, Lotte, Central Retail, SATRA, Saigon CORP...
Exhibition guests will participate in field surveys, factory and farm tours, and technology and product demonstrations.
