Steering Committee for implementing social insurance and health insurance policies of Hai Duong City responds to the Month of mobilizing and implementing social insurance for all people

On May 15, the Steering Committee for the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies in Hai Duong City launched a campaign to respond to the Month of mobilizing and implementing universal social insurance, promoting and mobilizing people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance.

After 5 years of organization, the month of mobilizing and implementing universal social insurance in Hai Duong city has contributed to creating a propaganda highlight and increasing the number of people participating in social insurance.

By the end of April 2025, Hai Duong City had 127,862 people participating in social insurance, an increase of 51,885 people; 6,923 people participating in voluntary social insurance, 3.6 times higher than in 2019.

The city also has 341,040 people participating in health insurance, of which 59,552 people participate in household health insurance, an increase of 18,866 people.

Business people and traders at markets are given leaflets and propaganda about policies and benefits when participating in voluntary social insurance.

After the launching ceremony, the organizing committee carried out mobile propaganda on the main roads of Hai Duong city, distributed leaflets and brochures, and provided policy advice and answers in the traditional market area and crowded places...

Hai Duong City strives to have at least 10 people participating in voluntary social insurance in each commune and ward. The entire city has over 200 participants.
