SCTV staff participate in Blood Donation Day.
Mr. Trinh Thanh Tung, Chairman of SCTV Trade Union, said that the humanitarian blood donation program is an annual activity that the company has maintained for nearly 15 years. With the motto "A drop of blood given, a life saved", the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union hopes to promote the sense of responsibility of SCTV staff to join hands to share with the community. In the Southwest region, SCTV has 8 branches in provinces and cities with a team of more than 200 staff. The participation of SCTV individuals along with relatives, friends, and partners, hopes that this occasion will provide 200 units of blood to the national blood bank, promptly supporting poor patients in need of blood transfusion for treatment.
One of the active individuals who regularly participates in SCTV's annual humanitarian blood donation programs is Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Diem (32 years old), an employee of SCTV An Giang Branch. Ms. Diem said that she arrived in Can Tho early in the morning, excited because she had the opportunity to meet many colleagues gathered at the event. This morning she donated 350ml, and after donating, she felt healthy and normal. This is Ms. Diem's 12th blood donation. In addition to the company's festivals, she also participates in blood donation programs held locally.

According to the Executive Committee of the Union, SCTV's opening of the Humanitarian Blood Donation Day in Can Tho is the kick-off event for SCTV's humanitarian blood donation journey nationwide in 2025. In June and July, SCTV will continue blood donation programs in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi . In addition, SCTV also organizes many other social security activities such as giving scholarships to poor but excellent students, building union shelters for workers in difficult circumstances, etc.
