The Department of Education and Training of Can Tho City is strengthening its personnel management.

GD&TĐ - On the afternoon of July 15th, the Department of Education and Training of Can Tho City held a conference to implement decisions on personnel matters.

Attending the conference were Ms. Tran Thi Huyen, Acting Director of the Department of Education and Training; the Deputy Directors of the Department; and officials and staff of the Department.

At the conference, Mr. Le Truyen Thong, Head of the Personnel and Organization Department (Department of Education and Training), announced the Decisions on personnel matters of the Department of Education and Training.

Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Can Tho City has a total of 135 officials and civil servants; it has 7 departments, including: Office; Department of Organization and Personnel; Department of Finance; Department of Quality Management; Department of Preschool Education ; Department of Primary Education; Department of Secondary Education and Vocational Education; with 7 Heads of Departments and 32 Deputy Heads of Departments.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Huyen, Acting Director of the Department of Education and Training of Can Tho City, on behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of the Department of Education and Training, expressed her determination to successfully complete the assigned tasks. In the coming time, the leadership of the Department of Education and Training and the staff will work together with a spirit of solidarity and cooperation to build a strong, professional, dynamic, and effective team.

Ms. Tran Thi Huyen emphasized that the Department of Education and Training's staff overcame initial difficulties in the organization and arrangement process; at the same time, they actively learned from each other, shared experiences, and together built a friendly, harmonious, and creative working environment.

"As the head of the agency, I and the leadership team of the Department are committed to always listening, supporting, and creating favorable conditions for each individual to best utilize their abilities and contribute to the overall development of the sector," Ms. Tran Thi Huyen emphasized.

The Board of Directors of the Department of Education and Training of Can Tho City consists of the Acting Director and 6 Deputy Directors:

Ms. Tran Thi Huyen has been appointed Acting Director of the Department of Education and Training by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City until the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training is filled.

The Deputy Directors of the Department include: Mr. Nguyen Phuc Tang; Ms. Le Thi Thuy Dung; Mr. Vo Hong Lam; Mr. Danh Hoang Nguyen; Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hang; and Mr. Nguyen Van Hien.
