Hai Phong City Department of Education and Training held a conference to announce decisions on organizational structure and personnel work.

On July 9, 2025, the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City held a Conference to announce the Decisions on organizational structure and personnel work. Comrade Luong Van Viet - Member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department chaired the Conference. Attending the Conference were Deputy Directors of the Department and all officers, civil servants, public employees and employees of the Department.

The Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City is a specialized agency under the People's Committee of the city with functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure prescribed in Decision No. 51/2025/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2025. On July 4, 2025, the Director of the Department of Education and Training issued Decision No. 4448/QD-SGDĐT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of specialized and professional departments and equivalent units under the Department. On July 9, 2025, the Department of Education and Training held a Conference to announce the Decisions of the Director of the Department to appoint heads and deputy heads of specialized and professional departments and to perfect the apparatus.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Luong Van Viet - Director of the Department congratulated the appointed department-level leaders and expressed his wish that all civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department would promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility in their work.   With a new, solid and united organization, the Department of Education and Training is determined to fulfill its assigned political tasks, continuing to develop Hai Phong's education and training commensurate with the city's potential and position.
