Hai Phong organizes training on the use of digital signatures and digital records for managers and teachers of primary schools in the city.

Based on the guidance on school year tasks and digital transformation tasks for education in the 2025-2026 school year, the Department of Education and Training has developed a plan and organized training for managers and teachers of nearly 500 primary schools on the use of digital signatures and digital records on September 20, 2025 at To Hieu Primary School, Hai Duong Ward, Hai Phong City.

Attending the training conference were Ms. Phi Thi Thuy Van - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, leaders and experts of the Department of Preschool Education and Primary Education, and delegates who were reporters guiding the use of digital signatures on electronic records of digital signature service providers.

At the training conference, teachers who are managers and teachers of schools were given specific instructions by technical staff on how to install, manage and use signatures on the system through K12Online software at school connection points.

The conference also provided reasonable time for school administrators and teachers to practice digital signatures on records and books, and to share and discuss difficulties and problems encountered during the implementation process.
