
Commune leaders, along with officials, staff, and members of youth and women's associations, participated in supporting local people in planting 4 hectares of green J chili peppers for export.
At the launch event, leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, specialized departments and more than 150 officials, employees, union members, and association members participated in supporting people in Noong Tai village to plant 4 hectares of export-quality green J chili seedlings.
The J green chili variety is easy to grow, has a fast growth period, and can be harvested 60 days after planting, with an average yield of 60-70 tons/hectare, resulting in a total income of 350 million VND/hectare/season.


The implementation of growing green J chili peppers for export aims to transform the crop structure, create jobs, increase income, and alleviate poverty for the people.
Currently, Thuong Bang La commune has over 7 hectares of chili peppers with nearly 100 households participating, concentrated in the villages of Noong Tai, Vam, Muong, Cuom, Bac, and Thien Buu.

In the coming period, Thuong Bang La commune will continue to plan and strive to plant 20-30 hectares of chili peppers for export each year in order to transform the structure of crops and livestock, create stable jobs, increase income and improve the living standards of the people.
