The Vietnam Listed Company Awards 2025 (VLCA 2025) are evaluated by the VLCA expert panel through an independent scoring process based on criteria such as: information quality, completeness, transparency, presentation structure, the degree of alignment between governance strategy and operational efficiency, and compliance with legal regulations. The preliminary scoring process is conducted by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), and the results are independently reviewed by four leading auditing firms: Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and PwC, before the final assessment by HOSE and HNX. This multi-tiered verification process ensures the objectivity, independence, and consistency of the VLCA results.

This is the second consecutive year that SeABank has been included in the Top 10 leading institutions with the best annual reports, affirming its sustainable development orientation and commitment to comprehensive transparency of information to shareholders, investors, and stakeholders.
Over the years, SeABank has identified corporate governance and information transparency as crucial foundations for long-term development. The bank consistently implements international standards such as the IFC Corporate Governance Code, G20/OECD, ASEAN Governance Scorecard, and GRI Sustainable Development Standards, thereby strengthening its governance system towards standardized, efficient practices that align with advanced banking models worldwide .
This effort is clearly demonstrated by SeABank's completion of all three pillars of Basel II ahead of schedule and its continued application of Basel III risk management standards, enhancing capital adequacy, liquidity management, and resilience to market fluctuations. Simultaneously, SeABank is one of the pioneering banks in implementing International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS9, which helps to increase transparency regarding asset quality, risk levels, and the bank's true financial capacity.
The "three lines of defense" model, along with the COSO internal control system, is rigorously implemented, ensuring that self-checking, cross-monitoring, and risk control mechanisms are executed synchronously, minimizing deviations and increasing operational efficiency. The Bank's regularly published information documents, such as the Annual Report, Governance Report, and Sustainable Development Report, are designed to: transparently present data and strategies; clearly demonstrate governance, operations, and value creation; and be presented visually, coherently, and in line with international best practices.
As a result, SeABank's annual report is highly regarded in both form and content, particularly for its clear connection between strategic objectives, governance framework, and actual business performance.
