According to the Plan, the peak period will be implemented from December 15, 2025 to March 15, 2026, focusing on strengthening market inspection and control, promptly detecting, preventing and strictly handling acts of smuggling, illegal transportation of goods, production and trading of prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, substandard goods, goods of unknown origin, violations of food safety and hygiene, and acts of speculation, hoarding, and unreasonable price increases.

Inspections were conducted in a focused and targeted manner, concentrating on essential consumer goods to meet year-end and Lunar New Year shopping demands; while ensuring adherence to proper procedures and avoiding disruption to the legitimate production and business activities of enterprises and business establishments.
The Department of Industry and Trade is assigned to direct the Market Management Sub-Department to act as the lead agency, coordinating closely with relevant departments, agencies, functional forces, and local authorities to organize the implementation of the Plan; monitor, supervise, summarize, and report on the results of implementation as prescribed.
In addition, the Provincial Steering Committee 389 requested the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to strengthen coordination in disseminating information and mobilizing the people to raise awareness and proactively detect and report acts of smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods, contributing to building a healthy and transparent market.
The synchronized and decisive implementation of the High-Intensity Plan not only demonstrates the province's determination in combating smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods, but also represents a proactive step to ensure that people can celebrate Tet safely and healthily.
